Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation
At Scooptt, we accept order cancellations before the product has been produced or shipped. If your order is canceled during this stage, you will receive a full refund. Once the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns (If Applicable)
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and returned in its original packaging. To complete your return request, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Before sending the item back, please contact Scooptt Customer Support to confirm the correct return address.

Notes
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day return policy.
If a return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the exact cost will depend on the shipping carrier chosen.
If the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping cost.
Scooptt does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation that we have received it. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within several business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. If the refund still does not appear, please contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact Scooptt Customer Support for assistance.
